Quad Counters
  1. Front Punch - block and counter - inside block, back reverse elbow, chop to neck.

  4. Right front punch, left back front punch into trap and reverse chop, right back front kick, right front punch left back front punch, turn left into crescent moon stance (kiai)

Advance Orange Belt Conditioning


At this stage one should be able to perform 25 to 30 repetitions of the basic exercises, as well as any new exercises introduced Break Falls and body movement skills, weight training routines, and balance drills are expanded upon throughout the advanced orange belt level. Body Conditioning is expanded upon to include the ribs and other more sensitive areas of the body. The advance orange let should be abel to perform the routine holding patterns from 2½ to 3 minutes by the end of this rank.
